Cima di Rapa Quarantina Early. Cima di rapa translates as “turnip top” as it is a turnip green that makes a small head (although some are “senza testa” or without a head). This is a very popular vegetable in Italy, especially in the South. Upright, rustic plant producing numerous tender sprouting broccoli florets. One of the earliest rapa's at 28-33 days, depending on the weather. A small plant, 8-10" tall. Can be planted in spring as early as the soil can be worked. Good for summer and fall also. Healthy and super germination in this variety - and if you let some flower, your bees will thank you. Huge bee and butterfly attractor when blooming
