Lemon Balm

Lemon Balm is the herb that "comforteth the heart and driveth away all sadness" and it was a favorite in medieval times as an "elixir of youth". Harvest before flowering. Uses: Leaves of Lemon Balm make refreshing lemon tea in the summer.
