Cauliflower, Cavolfiore Marzatico. This is a Neapolitan variety. The vigorous tall plant produces a large, compact, ice-white head. Resistant to low temperatures.  Very white and consistent inflorescence.  One of the finest open-pollinated snowball varieties available. Very short stalk and abundant foliage for excellent coverage to aid blanching. Very highly prized, very robust and resistant to cold, for late harvesting.
