Cavofiore, Cauliflower Di Verona Precoce

Di Verona Precoce Early.  Medium sized vigorous plant.  large round, compact head with ivory floretes and loose outer leaves.   Good sized head of tasty cream curd on this cauliflower that is a speciality of the Verona area.  Early maturing, very productive variety. Differs in high tying and amicable maturation of heads.
From planting seedlings to harvesting 55-65 days. Plants are compact, heads are large, very dense.
The inflorescences are crispy and tender, with a wonderful taste.
