A large, round, Romanesco-type hybrid, pale violet in color, variable coloration with white pulp and "frutto con pochi semi" - fruit with few seeds. Very productive. Good leaf coverage with a dark calyx and the lack of thorns on the calyx makes harvesting and peeling very easy. Very productive.  Deep round fruits,14-16 oz  Mid early maturity.  Very firm white flesh.  Fruits have excellent taste. It is appreciated for its delicate taste.  Due to the increased density of the fruit pulp and the absence of bitterness in it, the variety is ideal for use in cooking.  Slow seed development.  Strong compact plant.  Suitable for green house and open field.  Sowing for seedlings is carried out at the end of February, picking - in the phase of cotyledons. Planting of seedlings - at the end of May. By the end of July, 5-6 of the largest ovaries are left on the plant, other flowers and fruit are removed.
