Mustard, White - Senape Bianca

White Mustard -Senape Bianca   Annual. A plant with smallish leaves and a mustardy flavor.  People use it like turnip tops or broccoli rabe  (cima di rapa). Can be sown all year, protected in the winter, the leaves, which are harvested after 30 days from being sown, can be used in to season salads or meat and have a slight mustard flavor. Blanch in boiling water and finish with olive oil to use with pasta or as a side dish.  Non GMO Seeds.
