Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti Squash - Winter Squash Mid-early Trailing plant.  When cooked, inside is a mass of spaghetti like strands which are used exactly the same; boil or steam, then dress with olive oil or really good pasta sauce.  Stores well.  95 days
