Zucchino Bolognese

Zucchino Bolognese - Summer Squash Early.  Short thick fruit, almost halfway between a typical zucchini and a round one.  Medium green with light speckling.  Bolognese is a small Zucchini variety from Bologna. It has green skin with small flecks of white on the skin, with the fruit harvested near 5" in length. The diameter is larger than the modern ideal supermarket profile with that fruit having about 1.5" or so in width.No ribs.  Same great texture and taste as all Italian zucchini.  The flavor is ideal for the dishes prepared in that part of Italy   55-60 days
